Dear Jenny, 2000

This is for Stephanie's Group Blog Day!! Check her out at http://stephie5741.blogspot.com/2009/09/dear-stephanie-1988.html

Dear Jenny,

This is the day that your life will change forever. You are going to go through so many changes in such a short amout of time, and the rest of your life is going to be greatly effected. I know this for a fact! I'm going to help you out some so that you don't make some of the greater mistakes, but I'm not going to get you out of all of them!

First of all, your parents are going to kick you out the day after graduation. No big loss, honey. They haven't shown you love in so long already!

You know that boy sitting beside you on the bed? Josh. Right. You are going to marry him shortly after graduation. You will love him as you have never loved before. He will father your first child. A girl whom you will name Allison Rayne.

Your mother will be there for you during this time. She will take you to your doctor, out to lunch, and shopping. She, along with your sister, Cheri, will throw you a baby shower.

When Ally, as you call her, is 3 months old, something is going to happen. What ever you do, DO NOT SIGN THE PAPER THAT YOUR FATHER GIVES YOU!!!!!

Forget about Josh and move on!! You knew in your heart that this would happen!

Your second child will come not too long after this happens. He will be named Morgan Chase. His father will try to talk you into doing something after he is born. DO NOT AGREE!!!!

You will find the love of your life, your soulmate, when you are not looking. You will hurt his neck, and be his forever. He will make you feel like you are the only woman in the world. His smile will make you smile, his hug will lift your heart, and you will sleep in his arms every night.

Don't ever trust anyone but this person with all of your secrets. You will have a few people turn on you and use your words against you.

NEVER settle, Jenny. Make sure you follow your dreams. Be what you have always wanted to be. You are great at it, and you will be happy doing it!

After all you have been through already and everything you will go through in the rest of your life, you will be a strong woman, a great mother and a awesome wife to the perfect man for you.

Love always!

Wow Jen, this was powerful. I wish I couldve written something more heartfelt like this. This definitely touched my heart. I wish we could send these to our younger selves. I wonder if itd make a difference in our choices, eh?

How did you hurt his neck? I'm curious about that! Sounds like you've lived a very eventful life so far!

Your mom kicked you out after graduation? I'm glad you aren't settling and that you have found your soul mate!

I like this letter.
I can't believe you got kicked out after graduation. I left my home with my mother begging to stay.

I'm also curious, how did you hurt his neck?
