TCTBTF Goals. Week 1

If you read my post yesterday, then you know what I'm talking about. If not....

You get left out of the loop!! [Just kidding! Go read it!]

My goals were set since Friday, but I just didn't blog them. I heard that putting them down in print will help me stick to them, so here goes!

Goal 1 - Eat a fat free yogurt every day!

Goal 2 - Cut back soda to JUST Diet Mountian Dew [I can't go cold turkey on this one!]

Goal 3 - NO FAST FOOD. At all!!

Goal 4 - Drink more water. I'm setting my goal at 4 8oz cups this week and will increase it every week.

Thats it for now! Next week goals should go up this weekend. If they don't I'll post them soon. I'll have them written down though!!

Yay. Good luck. Sounds like you're taking lots of steps in the right direction. I need to come up with my own goals, although I'm not sure how well I'll be able to stick to my diet over the holidays!

Hi Jen. I am glad you like the shoes. I know you will put them to GREAT use.

btw, I LOVEEEEEE Mountain Dew too! It's my favorite soda! I always ask for it when I'm dining out but most places don't carry it :-(

Good goals!!

I've been coke free since 2007 and noticed my belly got flatter. After two years of no soda, I don't miss it or have a taste for it. You really get used to this stuff. As soon as hubby begins working from home, I will start going to the gym again.

There's one thing I know I can't do without no matter how hard I try, and that would be my Coca-Colas...I hope you can pull this off...it's very admirable that you're going for it!
