Every 2 years, I have to have 24 hours of CE classes.
It sucks.
In this class, I learned how to answer the phone.
I also learned that I make the least amount of money out of 47 other agents.
Great, huh?
OH! I also do more then 3 times the work as those more $$$$ making agents.
I have missed reading blogs for the past 2 days. I have missed commenting blogs for the past 2 days.
I have NOT missed out on making sure the Royal Family has their drinks on time, though!

i think that's an unofficial rule... the harder you work on a daily basis, the less money you seem to make. i'm pretty sure my boss is only ever in the office 2 or 3 hours a day... and then he immediately runs off to play golf. if only.... haha.
I didn't know insurance agents were required to take CE classes! I guess everyone is...I work in computers, but I work for the State, so not only are CE classes not required, we get absolutely nothing out of taking the time to take them.
